1. Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
    • Items must not have any signs of wear, damage, perfume, or alterations.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale or discounted items
    • Custom-made or personalized pieces
    • Accessories and innerwear for hygiene reasons

  • How to Initiate a Return:

    • Contact our customer support team at info@5allure.ae with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the return.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If the item is not eligible for a refund due to signs of use, damage, or missing tags, we will notify you, and the item will be sent back to you.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@5allure.ae with photos of the product.
  • Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellation will not be possible.
