- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed the following business day.

We offer the following shipping options based on your location:
- Within UAE: Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days.
- GCC Countries: Delivery takes approximately 5-10 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery time varies depending on the destination, typically between 7-15 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment’s progress.
3. Shipping Charges
- UAE Orders: Standard shipping fees apply based on the order total and location.
- GCC & International Orders: Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and package weight. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be mentioned during checkout.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
- 5th Allure is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after shipment. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping in such cases.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with your local courier service or neighbors. Unfortunately, 5th Allure cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
- While we strive to deliver orders on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or courier service disruptions may cause delays.
- In cases of major delays, our team will contact you with updates.
